Organizational Culture, Joinhope Holding Group's 2025 Second New Employee Training Successfully Held
From September 10 to 11, Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd. organized the second phase of induction training for new employees in 2025. This training was carried out in the form of "on-site online" combination. 77 new employees from the group company and various units participated in the training, which jointly opened a new chapter in their career in Joinhope.In order to help new employees quickly integrate into the Joinhope and deeply understand the development context and cultural core of the enterprise, this training takes "integration first, cognition then practical operation" as the main line, and systematically improves the sense of belonging, cognition and practical operation ability of new employees through the teaching method of hierarchical progression and combination of learning and application. In the opening session, the relaxed and interesting ice-breaking interactive game quickly brought everyone closer, effectively enhanced the communication and collaboration between new employees, and created a positive and active atmosphere for follow-up training.

In the theoretical training session, Yao Xin, president of the group company, led the core lecturer team to conduct in-depth interpretation around the core themes of corporate strategy, organizational structure and cultural concepts, helping new employees to fully understand the Joinhope and quickly integrate into the team environment.
During the visit and study, the new employees walked into the seed science exhibition hall, innovation laboratory, experimental field and processing plant in turn. Through on-the-spot observation and professional explanation, they systematically understood the layout of the whole industrial chain from breeding research and development, field testing to large-scale production. This immersive experience not only deepens the new employees' intuitive experience of the company's 20 years of deep farming, but also further inspires their firm belief in growing together with their Joinhope.In the practical operation stage, the person in charge of each center will carry out special training, covering administration, human resources, financial system and OA system operation specifications, etc., to effectively help new employees master job skills, improve work efficiency, and lay the foundation for the smooth development of follow-up work.

This training has effectively built a bridge for new employees from "new members" to "heart belonging.
